Going to return and refund
I brought this, went to use it and nothing comes out. Only instructions on it is to give it a shake, but still nothing. I assume there is a seal inside the lid. I struggle to get it off but it literally doesn't work. I pop the lid but spill the black polish everywhere in the process. No instructions on the product about cleaning or what to do... and no seal inside only red thing as seen in picture. Poked a paper clip inside to maybe open up the nozzle, doesn't work, it isn't built for that. Tried to remove the whole red insert thing but again not easy and no instructions. Makes me wonder if I am meant to slice the red nozzle open in the sponge but something like that should have instructions.
In conclusion I have stains on my carpet, I still don't know how to get this product working but I am hoping for a refund.
