1. Measure against the base of your shoe, matching the heel of the insole to the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area to size.
2. Slide insole into shoe and test the fit, trimming a little of the toe area at a time to fit. The insole heel should fit firmly up against the inside heel of your shoe.

Superb Insoles.. the best
I used to buy these in Australia for my work boots as I thread concrete all day in my warehousing job.
I then moved country and since then I had purchased many brand of insoles looking for this type of protection from hard surface walking.
Came across this brand by chance as I couldn't remember the name.. thank god. They are the best

Squishy, soft, jelly like
They seem fine. Haven’t worn a lot yet. I use them in a pair of spare slippers. I’m not sure whether they’ll cure my aches and pains. They feel squishy, soft and jelly like. Easy to trim to size. Ready to go or remove and put them in your closed shoes too. Nothing complex.

Gaps under the foot of the foot make this area uneven, and there are random gaps in the poor quality rubber.

No support.
Bought this last Sat (04 Feb 23), cut to size & wore them at work today, 8hrs less 50min break. Within 2 hours I was limping & balls of my feet aching ever since. NO support whatsoever for arch or the balls of your feet. Heel support was "adequate". Woftam.
Not sure if I can return them as I have cut to size (as recommended).
