Great leathet protector
I bought this from mitre10 for my doc marten boots,to protect and soften up the leather.
Fantastic product,at a reasonable price not like the other over priced equivalent.

A little disappointed
I bought this for my doc martens and was quite disappointed by the product. I found it did very little to soften the leather, and the tin doesn't tell you what exactly it's made from . The dubbin I have used (which is from the 80's) I find works so much better and with far less product. It seems to me this is made out of beeswax and other common waxes, in place of animal dubbin. I don't mind substitutes to meet other people's needs but I would prefer the product state what waxes it's made from to eliminate confusion and disappointment. I would say this is better for people after animal-free dubbin, or used as a little top up to keep your boots more hydrated while being stored.
