1. Measure against the base of your shoe, matching the heel of the insole to the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area to size.
2. Slide insole into shoe and test the fit, trimming a little of the toe area at a time to fit. The insole heel should fit firmly up against the inside heel of your shoe.
- Wash in warm soapy water and dry flat.
- Replace after 6 months or with signs of wear and tear.

Optimal Comfort and Protection

Don’t buy
Do not buy these !!!! I never had sore legs until I bought these insoles they literally made my legs sore and the second I bought scholl the pain went away again ,the foam has no real support to your legs and body weight it’s literally a stiff piece of material

One size does not fit all!
I just bought these, wish I'd read reviews first.
It looks like there's only one size available; turns out they're tiny. The universal size template information on the packaging is misleading. The total length of these, heel to toe, is approx. 24.5cms, width 7.5cms and would not be suitable for larger/wider feet. I'm a size 40 Euro so maybe I should have got the men's ones.
